NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has concluded CBSE Class 12 accountancy exam for term 1. The CBSE accountancy term 1 exam commenced at 11:30 am and continued till 1 pm today. Students were given 90 minutes to solve the CBSE 12th accountancy paper 2021.

“Students were of the view that few questions were on the tougher side. Overall they found it tough. Instructions regarding the paper were not clear. One of the questions had wrong options. Students found the paper a bit lengthy. Leaving a few questions, the rest of the paper was average”, said CS Nair, Dean Skills and Capacity Building, Silverline Prestige School, Ghaziabad.
The CBSE 12th accountancy exam 2021 for term 1 consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) including case-based MCQs and MCQs on the assertion-reasoning type. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. Students must practise with sample papers to know their exam preparation level.

Exam start timing - 11:30 am

CBSE conducts Class 12 exams in two terms. Class 12th major exams will conclude on December 22, 2021. CBSE Class 12 term 1 result date and time has not been confirmed by the board. After this, the board will conduct the CBSE term 2 exams in March/April 2022. The CBSE Class 10, 12 results will be declared in May 2022 on websites, cbse.gov.in, and cbseresults.nic.in.

“The CBSE changed the pattern of the question paper at the last minute. It was different from the CBSE sample paper and the number of options were reduced. In the sample paper, candidates were supposed to attempt 45 questions out of 55 questions while the main paper had a total of 48 questions and candidates were asked to attempt 40 questions. The level of difficulty of the paper was average", said Lalit Kumar Sharma, PGT Commerce, VidyaGyan Bulandshahr.

CBSE Class 12 chemistry sample paper will help in knowing exam pattern, marking scheme, and type of questions to be asked in the CBSE board exam 2021.
The Class 12 chemistry paper will contain three sections. Section A with 25 and Section B will contain 24 questions, Section C will have six questions only five to be answered. As per the CBSE chemistry sample paper with solution, only 20 questions each will have to solve in A and B sections.
As per cbseresults.nic.in 2021 Class 12 exam dates, Students will be appearing for the CBSE term 1 exam date chemistry Class 12. CBSE 12th exams will end on December 22.
CBSE accountancy paper was balanced with ambiguity in few options. "Question Number 36 had same options, A and C. As per accounts sample paper, students were supposed to opt 45, out of 55 questions from part I and II, but the exam pattern of accountancy question paper today was different with 40 out of 48 questions, said Seema Behl, Principal, Brain International School.
The overall accountancy paper was moderate to difficult level. some of the questions required high thinking. Other sections regarding issue of shares were also a bit tricky. Students who had prepared from NCERT books can score good marks, said Sarika Mathur, Anjana Kaushik, PGT (Commerce) and Neetu Kapoor, Principal, Army Public School,as reported NDTV.
Students can also use the unofficial CBSE answer key term 1 for calculating their scores released by The TimesNow News. However, they should wait for results to get exact marks.

After a major controversy, CBSE has decided to drop the Class 10 English comprehension passage and students will be awarded full marks for passage number one. "As per their recommendation it has been decided to drop the passage number one and its accompanying questions of the question paper series JSK/1", the CBSE board said. Full marks will be awarded for this passage to all the students concerned, it said.
A students said that there were no instructions pertaining to solve the CBSE accounts question paper. She said she wanted to do 45 questions for 40 marks but for the accountancy paper, she had to do 40 questions for 40 marks which wasted her time, Sia, a class 12 student of DPS, said, as per The Times Now News.
CBSE Class 12 accountancy paper caused confusion. The CBSE term 1 accounts sample paper was not the same as the CBSE term 1 question paper pattern which caused the students unhappiness and even they were confused, reports The Times Now News.
