CBSE Class 12 result verification 2024 application out at cbse.gov.in; last date, fees

NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the CBSE Class 12 application for verification of marks, photocopy of answer books and re-evaluation for board exam 2024. The last date to apply for CBSE Class 12 verification is May 21. Students who are satisfied with their marks can request for verification of marks through the official website, cbse.gov.in.

The CBSE Board announced the Class 12 results on May 13 for 16,21,224 students who appeared in the board exam. This year, a total of 14,26,420 students cleared the exam recording an overall pass percentage of 87.98%. Moreover, 1,22,170 students have been placed in the compartment.

The board announced that it will hold the CBSE Class 12 supplementary exam 2024 from July 15.

“Candidates applying for verification of marks will only be eligible to apply for obtaining photocopy of evaluated answer book. Candidates who have applied and obtained photocopy of answer book will only be eligible to apply for re-evaluation,” it informed.

The board instructed students to submit only one application as multiple applications will not be considered. After reverification, the final marks will be uploaded on the candidate login on the official website. No individual message or email will be sent in this regard, it clarified.

CBSE 12th result verification dates

Students will have to pay Rs 500 per subject to apply for verification of marks, Rs 700 per answer book and Rs 100 for revaluation of answers per subject.

Students will have to enter their roll number, 5-digit school number and exam centre number as given on CBSE 12th admit card. The board asked private students to enter 99999 in school number field.
