NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), in collaboration with Microsoft, will be organizing the 'CBSE Coding Challenge 2022'. Interested students can apply till today at CBSE Coding Challenge 2022 registration link – juanatech.com. Students of Classes 6 to 8 are eligible to participate in the contest.

National Coding Challenge is an opportunity for students from classes 6 to 8t to showcase their 21st century skills to solve some of the real life issues with technology. It's a platform for students to learn about various real life issues prevailing and work out an innovative solution to address the problem related to the theme using their coding skills.

Eligibility
- School students of Classes 6, 7 and 8 are eligible
- Teams can include a minimum of one student and maximum of four students from the same school or different schools. Each team of students must have a faculty member registered as well.
- All members of the team should belong to the same grade of class.
- Each team must have access to at least one desktop or laptop with good internet connectivity.
Winner selection
- This is a 2-stage competition:
- Elimination Round 1 – Regional Level: Entries will be screened based on the videos submitted and winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd position) from each class at regional level (5 regions of India – North, South, East, West and Central) will be announced to compete at the National Level.
- National Level: The participants of the National Level will have to present before the Jury through online video call, their entire project and answer questions posted or asked by the Jury.
