CTET paper 1 exam 2024 will commence at 2:30 pm, today. Candidates will have to key in their CTET application number, date of birth in DD/MM/YYYY format, and security pin as displayed on the screen to download the hall ticket.

The CTET 2024 Paper 2 exam, being conducted today, December 14, 2024, is set to conclude at 12 pm. Memory-based questions and the CTET exam analysis 2024 will be available after the second shift exam ends, based on feedback from coaching institutes.

The CTET 2024 Paper 1 exam is scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm today, December 14, 2024, at multiple centres nationwide. Candidates are advised to arrive at the exam centre 30 to 40 minutes before the start of the second shift to ensure a smooth entry process. They must undergo a checking procedure at the entry gate, conducted by the invigilator. It is important to line up near the gates well in advance to avoid delays.

The CBSE announced the plan to hold the CTET exam twice this year. While announcing the CTET exam date 2024, the board said that the teacher eligibility test will be held on December 15 as well if there are more registrations from an exam city.

The CBSE Board will conduct the CTET exam for a duration of two and a half hours. CTET shift 1 exam which began at 9.30 am will conclude at 12 noon.

The CTET certificate for teacher appointment has a validity period of a lifetime for all categories. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a CTET certificate. They will also be allowed to take the test again to improve their score.

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is conducted to determine the eligibility for appointment as a teacher for Class 1 to 8. The exam conducting body, CBSE, holds the exam for two papers - paper 1 for primary stage from Class 1 to Class 5 and paper 2 for elementary stage from Class 5 to Class 8.

Candidates will be allowed to break open the CTET test booklet five minutes before the commencement of the exam. They are required to check the test booklet code on side 2 of the OMR sheet is same as the one printed on test booklet. In case of discrepancy, the candidate should immediately report the matter to the invigilator for replacement of both the test booklet and OMR sheet.

The CBSE holds the CTET exam for two different levels - primary and elementary stage. The CTET paper 1 is conducted for applicants seeking to be a teacher for classes 1 to 5 and paper 2 for a person who intends to be teacher for classes 6 to 8.

The languages of the CBSE CTET main question paper 2024 will be bilingual - both in English and Hindi.

There are a total of five sections, with an optional section based on subject preference, in CTET paper 2 exam. Each question will carry one mark each. There will be no negative marking for wrong response.

The CBSE Board will hold the CTET paper 2 exam in shift 1 for candidates who have registered for Classes 6 to 8 teacher eligibility test.

The CBSE will hold paper 2 exams in the first shift. Entry inside the exam hall began at 7.30 am.

CTET Exam 2024 | A candidate who scores 60% or more in the teacher eligibility test will be considered as TET pass. The CBSE said that the school managements may consider giving concessions to SC, ST, OBC, and PwD candidates as per the reservation policy.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has hosted the CTET admit card 2024 at ctet.nic.in. Candidates will have to key in their application number, password, and security pin to download the hall ticket. Those without a valid CTET 2024 admit card will not be allowed entry inside the exam hall.

Candidates appearing in the CTET shift 1 exam will have to report at the exam centre at 7.30 am. The CBSE will conduct the shift 1 exam for paper 2 between 9.30 am to 12 noon.

CBSE CTET exam 2024 will be conducted today in over 130 exam cities across the country. Candidates will have to produce the CTET admit card 2024 downloaded from the official website, ctet.nic.in, to be allowed inside the exam hall.
