CBSE Starts Tele-Counseling for Students from June 1

NEW DELHI: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the free of cost tele-counseling services for Class 10 and 12 students from June 1 to July 15, 2020. A total of 73 counselors and principals will attend the queries of students related to board exams. CBSE psychological counseling has two features that are IVRS and Live counseling. Parents and students can get tips for better preparation and learn how to manage anxiety during the exams.

As per the official notification, new sections have been introduced in the live psychological counseling

1- Important fo FAQs for Students on Exams during COVID19

2- Useful Tips for students and parents for exam centres during COVID19

3- COVID-19 Daily Protocol

4- Selfcare during COVID19

5- Learning from home in COVID19 times

Alongside, CBSE has released the advisory for students and parents to stay away from fake news and rumors.

HRD Minister, Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’, on May 27, stated that students can appear in their home district for board exams.

Earlier, the board has released the Class 10 and 12 exam dates for the remaining board exams.
