NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the combined defense services (CDS 2) exam today, September 3. Candidates who registered successfully can download the UPSC CDS admit card 2023 from the official website, upsconline.nic.in.

Candidates can download the UPSC CDS 2 admit card 2023 by entering either their registration ID or their roll number and date of birth. The UPSC CDS admit card will be available till 4 pm today. Candidates will have to carry the UPSC CDS admit card along with a valid and original ID proof to the CDS exam centre.
UPSC CDS Exam is conducted in two stages which are a written test followed by SSB interviews of the candidates. The CDS written exam will have objective-type questions from English, general knowledge, and elementary mathematics for 100 marks each for two hours duration for each section. There will be a negative marking of 0.33 marks for every wrong answer. However, there will not be a mathematics section for candidates registered for the Officers’ Training Academy (OTA).

Candidates appearing for the CDS 2 exam 2023 can download the UPSC CDS admit card by following the steps given below.

Visit the UPSC official website, upsconline.nic.in.

Click on the link that says ‘e-Admit Cards for various examinations of UPSC’.

Now click on the download button of the ‘Combined Defence Services Examination (II), 2023’ link.

Now read and agree with the instructions displayed on your screen.

Select either the registration ID or roll number box enter your credentials along with your date of birth and submit.

UPSC CDS 2 admit card 2023 will be displayed on your screen.

Download and take a printout for future reference.
UPSC CDS 2023: Exam Guidelines

Candidates must reach the exam centre one hour before the examination.

UPSC CDS admit card 2023 must be carried by the students along with a valid government ID.

Candidates must use a black ball pen only for both writing and marking answers in the OMR sheet. Use of pencil or ink pen is not allowed.

Candidates should fill in the details on the OMR answer sheet very carefully as any error or mistake will lead to rejection of the sheet.

Use of mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, or any other electronic gadgets is not allowed.
