CEED 2024 result declared at ceed.iitb.ac.in; download scorecard from March 11

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Bombay) has declared the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED 2024) result today, March 6. Candidates who appeared in the exam will have to use their registered email ID and password to download the CEED 2024 result. The CEED 2024 exam was conducted by IIT Bombay on January 21, 2024.
The candidates can download the CEED 2024 scorecard from March 11 to June 12. To download the CEED 2024 result and scorecard, candidates will have to visit the CEED 2024 official website, ceedapp.iitb.ac.in. The CEED 2024 scorecard will remain valid for one year from the date of the result declaration.
Candidates who clear the CEED 2024 exam will now be eligible to get admission to the Master of Design (MDes) programme in Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and other participating colleges. Additionally, it is also applicable for admission to PhD programmes at various IITs and design schools.
The CEED 2024 final score will be determined by assigning 25% weightage to marks obtained in Part A and 75% weightage to Part B. According to IIT Bombay, the mean and standard deviation for Part-A of CEED 2024 are 41.90 and 16.72, respectively.
The CEED 2024 result will carry information such as the candidate's roll number, date of birth, name of the exam, candidate's name, category, and marks obtained.
As per the official notice, the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED 2024) result is scheduled to be out on March 8. IIT Bombay will conduct counselling for candidates who have cleared UCEED 2024 from March 14 to March 31. Candidates are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 4,000 for UCEED 2024 counselling. The seat allotment list for UCEED 2024 is scheduled to be released on April 10.

Students can follow these steps to check the CEED 2024 result:
- Visit the the official website, ceed.iitb.ac.in/2024
- On the homepage, click on the 'CEED 2024 result' link
- In the next tab, click on the 'login' button and enter the registered email ID and password.
- The result will be displayed.
