The Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board (CG Vyapam) has released the application form for Chhattisgarh Pre-Pharmacy Test (CG PPHT) on July 26, 2021. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can fill the CG PPHT 2021 application form till August 12, at vyapam.cgstate.gov.in.

CG Vyapam has revised the schedule for CG PPHT exam. As per the revised schedule, aspirants can make corrections in CG PPHT application form 2021 from August 13 to 15. The CG PPHT exam will be held on September 8, 2021, in offline mode.
How to fill CG PPHT 2021 application form

Click on ‘online application’ tab

Click on the notice for CG PPHT application form

Select the course in which one wants to apply

Then, upload the passport size photograph and signature as per the specifications

Fill the required personal, academic, contact and other asked details

Pay the CG PPHT registration fees in an online mode through credit/debit card and net banking

Take a printout of the filled-in application form for future references
Who can fill CG PPHT application form 2021
Only candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria of CG PPHT 2021 can register themselves for the pharmacy entrance exam in the state. Check the required CG PPHT eligibility criteria below.

Domicile: A candidate must be a domicile of the state.

Age: Students applying for CG PPHT 2021 should have attained the minimum age of 17 years. The upper age limit for CG PPHT exam is 30 years as of July 1, 2021.

Relaxation in upper age limit: Female and reserved category candidates are offered a relaxation of 3 years in the upper age limit. While for candidates belonging to the UR PwD category, a relaxation of 5 years is offered.

Academic qualifications: Students should have passed class 12 with at least 45% marks for UR and 40% marks for horizontally marginalized candidates. Applicants should have studied English, Biology/Biotechnology/Mathematics as core subjects.
What after CG PPHT 2021 application form?
After the completion of the successful application process, the authority will issue CG PPHT admit card 2021 to all the registered candidates on August 31 in online mode. Aspirants need to log in using the required credentials to download the admit card. The hall ticket and other relevant documents must be carried to the exam centre for verification purposes.
