Children’s Day 2021: PM Modi, VP Naidu, ministers, ministries pay tributes to Jawaharlal Nehru

NEW DELHI: Children’s Day 2021 is celebrated every year on November 14, the birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru, children’s favorite, to pay tribute to the first prime minister of India and enlighten the citizens about children’s rights making the country a better place for the kids. On this day, schools and educational institutions organise various activities such as children’s day drawing competition, dance performances, songs, children’s day speech, children’s day quiz, etc. Children doll up in fancy clothes and indulge in the activities.

Prime minister Narendra Modi, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and various chief ministers and education ministers paid their tributes to Nehru on his birth anniversary and wished Children’s Day, today.
