Students selected during COMEDK counselling 2025 can apply for seat upgradation; confirm admission by reporting at allotted institute.
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the round 1 seat acceptance and fee payment deadline to August 4. Selected students can physically report to the allotted institute by 2 pm. The seat allotment result is available on the official website, www.comedk.org.
COMEDK counselling 2025 is done for admission to Bachelor of Engineering (BE) and Bachelor of Technology (BTech) programmes in Karnataka colleges. If a candidate is allotted a seat, they have to compulsorily pay the full tuition fee of the institute to express willingness about the seat allocation.
Students can ‘accept and freeze’ the allocated seat or ‘accept and upgrade’ during further counselling rounds. If a candidate chooses to ‘reject and upgrade’, their current seat will not be retained in subsequent rounds of counselling. The candidates who wish to confirm their seat should report to the allotted college with necessary documents.

The refund will be processed within 15 days after all four rounds of COMEDK 2025 counselling are over.
