NEW DELHI: The Consortium of National Law Universities has allowed the candidates to submit their grievances related to CLAT 2020. The CLAT grievances can be submitted by today till 5 pm. All complaints through the grievance redressal mechanism will be reviewed by a four-member committee which is headed by Hon’ble Justice S Rajendra Babu, former Chief Justice of India.

Candidates who wish to submit their grievances against CLAT 2020 may download and fill the Grievance Redressal Form available at the consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The candidates may raise complaints in the following categories.

A. Objections against of Objections Committee’s Decision on technical issues

B. About Response Sheet discrepancy

No candidate can file more than one grievance under each category.

In the Grievance Redressal Form, candidates will need to enter the following details.

  • Details on grievance with reasons in not more than 50 words.

  • The reason why the candidate doesn’t agree with the Objection Committee’s decision

  • Documentary proof in support of the complaint raised by the candidate

After filling the grievance application form, candidates will also need to sign the declaration form and send the scanned copies of the documents, along with the duly signed Response Sheet to grievance@consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

After the given deadline, no grievances will be accepted by the committee. Apart from this, candidates cannot raise any grievances related to the exam instructions as they were expected to follow all the instructions.

Other details candidates need to provide

  • Number of question attempted by the candidate.

  • Number of questions NOT attempted

  • Number of questions that were Marked for Review

  • Number of times the candidate used the option of clear response

  • Number of question visited by the candidate.

  • Number of questions whose answers were changed

To calculate the questions and answers, candidates must use the final CLAT answer key which is available at the candidate portal of CLAT 2020.

During the grievance redressal process, candidates will make themselves available for hearing if required.
