Check NowNew Delhi, August 1: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the application form of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on August 1, in online mode . Candidates can fill the application form till 27, while the fee can be paid from August 1 to 30. To fill the application form, candidates can visit the official link ctet.nic.in.

The application fee can be paid in online mode or via e-challan. General/OBC category candidates have to pay Rs 700 for either of the two papers, while Rs 1200 has to be paid for both the papers. Reserved category (SC/ST/PWD) candidates have to pay Rs 350 for either of the two paper, whereas if appearing for both the papers, Rs 600 has to be paid . Candidates must note that the fee must be paid before 3 .30 pm on August 30, 2018.
The registration will not be accepted by the conducting body until the application fee is submitted. Any modification/correction in the details provided by the candidate can be done between September 6 to 10. No corrections will be allowed after September 10.
For filling of the application form, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria decided by the conducting body. Candidates applying for CTET should ensure to have s canned image of latest photograph and signature in JPEG format only, for uploading it. Candidates will have to fill the particulars like State, Identification type (select any Identity as applicable), Candidate’s Name, Gender and Date of Birth.
CTET 2018 will be conducted for two papers, 1 and 2 i n September. The examination date of CTET was September 16 earlier, however, now with the postponement of the registration by around 40 days.
Any such change in the dates of the examination will be notified by the exam conducting authority on its official website. Paper 2 will be conducted in the morning session from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm, whereas paper 1 will be conducted in the evening session from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
