NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to issue THE Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET 2023) July answer key this week. The CBSE CTET answer key 2023 is out a week after the exam date, as per past trends. The CTET July 2023 exam was conducted on August 20.
The board held the exam in two shifts for paper 1 and 2. CTET paper 1 was held for those who applied for an eligibility certificate to teach for Classes 1 to 5, and paper 2 was held in the evening shift for eligibility to teach Classes 6 to 8.
A total of 29,03,903 candidates took the CTET exam 2023 out of which 15,01,719 candidates appeared for paper 1 and 14,02,184 candidates appeared for paper 2.
As per the past trends, the CTET provisional answer key 2023 was released 7 days after the exam date. Therefore, candidates can expect the CTET answer key this week at ctet.nic.in.
Candidates will be given an opportunity to challenge the answer key by paying Rs 1,000 per question. The final answer key will be uploaded after the subject experts review the objections raised against the CTET answer key.

The CTET December 2022 results were declared on March 3 and the answer key challenge window was closed on February 17. 14,22,959 candidates appeared for paper 1 and 12,76,071 for paper 2 in the last session. As per the CTET results, over 9.5 lakh candidates qualified paper 1, 2 in December 2022 session.
