CTET 2023 Result (OUT) Live: CBSE CTET results at ctet.nic.in, cut off marks for marks for SC, OBC, General

The CTET result validity is seven years from the date of announcement of result. The ministry of education on announced in 2021 that government has decided to extend the validity period of CTET qualifying certificate from 7 years to lifetime. 

There is no particular CTET qualifying marks for female in Bihar. SC, ST and OBC candidates must score 82.5 marks to be considered CTET 2023 qualified irrespective of gender, while it is 90 marks for candidates belonging to General categories.

The CTET December 2022 session exam was held between December 28, 2022 and February 7, 2023. CBSE had released the CTET provisional answer key on February 14. The last date to challenge the CTET 2023 answer key was February 17, 2023.

General category candidates who scored 60 per cent in CTET 2023 result are considered qualified, while the CTET passing marks for OBC and other reserved category candidates, it is 55 per cent.

Candidates have to enter and submit only the CTET roll number at ctet.nic.in 2023 result link to view the CTET marks and results.

3. On the next window, enter the CTET roll number and click on submit tab

4. The CTET result will be displayed on the screen

5. Download the CTET score card PDF and take a printout of it

The CTET passing marks for SC, ST and OBC candidates is 82.5 marks, while it is 90 marks for the General category candidates.

Over nine lakh candidates have cleared CTET December 2022 exam.

CTET result download link now active at ctet.nic.in 2023. A total of 14,22,959 appeared in CTET paper 1 exam 2023 and 12,76,071 appeared in paper 2. Out of which, more than 5.7 lakh applicants qualified paper 1 and 3.7 lakh in paper 2.

The CBSE has declared the CTET 2023 result today. CBSE informed that the candidates will be able to download CTET Dec mark sheet and certificate from Digilocker shortly.

CBSE has activated the CTET result download link at the official website, ctet.nic.in 2023 and cbse.nic.in.

There will be no re-evaluation or re-checking of the CTET result 2023. "No correspondence in this regard will be entertained," the CBSE said.

The CBSE board had earlier announced relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks in the minimum educational qualification for eligibility will be allowed to the candidates belonging to reserved categories, such as SC, ST, OBC, PwD.

CTET 2023 Result OUT | The CBSE said, "This result is declared based on the bonafide belief that candidate has not used any unfair means. Later on if at any stage it comes to the notice of CBSE that candidate has adopted unfair means in that case CBSE reserves the right to cancel his/her result."

The CTET 2022 question paper had 150 multiple choice questions (MCQs) of 150 marks. Candidates were awarded one mark for each correct answer, while there is no negative marking for wrong answer.
