NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made some changes in the existing CUET 2022 information bulletin with regards to application process, marking scheme and other sections. Candidates can check the revised CUET information bulletin 2022 on the official website at cuet.samarth.ac.in.

According to previous CUET 2022 information bulletin, in the step 2 of filling application form, candidates had to upload a scanned copy of the Class 10th or equivalent certificate in pdf format with a size between 50kb to 300kb. However, as per the revised bulletin, candidates now do not have to upload their Class 10th or equivalent certificate.

There have been some changes in the marking scheme as well. Previously, if none of the options are correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped then all candidates who have appeared will be awarded five marks. In the revised bulletin, it is stated that in such a case only those candidates who have attempted the dropped questions will be rewarded five marks.

NTA has also changed the evaluation criteria for the CUET result 2022. The clause A of section 11.1 which stated that “Evaluation of multiple choice questions of all the test or subjects will be carried out using final answer keys and raw(actual ) marks obtained by a candidate will be considered further for computation of the result of CUET (UG)-2022” has now been removed by NTA.

Candidates can fill and submit the CUET application form 2022 till May 6. The CUET 2022 exam will be conducted in the first and second week of July in computer based mode. It must be noted that the Class 12th marks will hold no weightage in the admission to UG programmes offered by the 44 central universities and 21 other universities.
