NEW DELHI: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET 2023) has been postponed to May 26 for students from Jammu and Kashmir. The exams were originally set to start on May 21. This is because candidates from Jammu and Kashmir were allotted exam centres in other states.
As per the official notification 87,309 students registered for CUET UG exam 2023 from Jammu and Kashmir. Candidates have been advised to check cuet.samarth.ac.in for further details of rescheduling CUET UG exam 2023 for Jammu and Kashmir aspirants.
Upon cancellation of CUET UG exam 203 dates, May 21 to May 25, the exam will be held from May 26 onwards. The UGC has decided to reschedule CUET UG exam 2023 in Jammu and Kashmir as it will now conduct the exams within the union territory for the convenience of the candidates from Jammu and Kashmir.
For CUET UG candidates from other states, CUET UG exam date 2023 is from May 21. The city intimation slips and admit cards have been released as per the schedule published on CUET UG NTA website. While city intimation slips for CUET UG exam date 2023 from May 21 to May 28 has been released at cuet.samarth.ac.in, the admit card will be released three days before the actual date of examination. Till now, NTA has issued admit cards for exams from May 21 to 24.
In other news, similar complaints have been registered by CUET UG exam 2023 candidates from Jharkhand but NTA is yet to respond to them.
