CUET exam dates 2022 to be released soon; Application ends on May 6

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has scheduled the CUET 2022 entrance exam to be conducted in the first and second week of July in computer based mode. The exact dates of CUET exam 2022 will be announced soon by NTA.
The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is an entrance examination that allows candidates to get admission into the 44 participating central universities, as well as other 28 participating institutions in UG programmes.
As CUET is being conducted for the first time, more than 1.27 lakh students have registered in the first week of CUET 2022 registration. The CUET 2022 registration last date is May 6.
CUET exam structure
The CUET entrance test 2022 will be having four sections: Section IA – 13 languages, section IB – 20 optional languages, section II – 27 domain-specific subjects, section III – General test
The CUET entrance test will be held in two sessions. There are two slots for CUET: the duration of the first slot is 45 to 195 minutes, and the duration of the second slot is 45 to 225 minutes.
A general test, a language test, and two domain-specific papers will be included in the CUET 2022. Each paper will include four domain-specific subjects and an option language subject.

Steps to register for CUET 2022

Go to the CUET 2022 registration website (cuet.samarth.ac.in).

Fill up the details in the CUET application form.

Upload the required documents in the specified format.

Make the CUET 2022 application fee payment.

Download and save the duly filled CUET 2022 registration form.
The application fee for the CUET 2022 is Rs. 650 for general candidates and Rs. 600 for general-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates. Candidates belonging to the PwBD, SC, ST, and third gender categories will have to pay Rs. 550 as application fee.
