Now that the CUET UG result 2022 is out, the participating universities will announce the counselling schedule for admission to various undergraduate programmes on the basis of recently announced CUET 2022 scores and the eligibility criteria the respective university follows.
M Jagadesh Kumar, UGC chairman, had earlier announced that the new academic session at the universities will begin by October end or early November.
“Once the CUET-UG scores are announced, universities may typically take about 6 weeks to finalise the results as they may issue first list, second list and so on until most of the seats are filled. Either in October last week or November first week, most universities may attempt to start their new academic session," Kumar told The Indian Express.
Earlier, the Delhi University launched the DU admission 2022 portal for undergraduate courses on September 12. Candidates can access the DU admission 2022 registration link at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. Last date to submit the DU application form for UG admission is October 3.

To secure admission in the central universities, the candidates who appeared for the CUET 2022 will have to meet the eligibility criteria of the respective central universities to secure a seat in the desired programme. The CUET score alone does not guarantee admission in the participating universities.
NTA will not take any responsibility regarding the CUET counselling and all the participating universities will release their own merit list based on the CUET UG result and conduct admission accordingly. Candidates should check eligibility criteria of CUET participating universities 2022 before applying for the admission.
