CUET UG 2022 registration window to reopen from May 27 to 31: UGC chairman

NEW DELHI: The Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2022 registration window will open again starting from today, May 27 to 9pm of May 31, University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman M Jagadesh Kumar informed via social media. Candidates who were not able to register for CUET 2022 can do so on the official website - cuet.samart.ac.in.

UGC chairman tweeted, “In view of the representations received from the candidates regarding giving them an opportunity to submit their Online Application Form for CUET UG 2022, we have decided to keep the CUET UG online application process open again from 27 to 31 May 2022 (up to 09 PM).”

Earlier, the last date to apply for CUET 2022 for admissions to various undergraduate programmes in central, private, state, and deemed universities had been extended till May 2022. CUET 2022 registration began on April 6.

Till May 22, CUET 2022 received 11,51,319 registration s and 9,13,540 applicants paid the application fee. NTA had opened the CUET application correction window from May 25 till May 31.
How to fill the CUET application form 2022
- Visit the official website - cuet.samarth.ac.in.
- Click on the ‘Register’ tab.
- Enter the valid email Id, active mobile number and personal details to complete the registration process.
- Fill the application form with personal, academic and contact details.
- Upload the documents in the format and size prescribed by the NTA.
- Pay the application fee in online mode.
- Preview and submit the application form for future reference.
