NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) registration window tomorrow, March 22. The CUET UG 2025 exam will be held from May 8 to June 1.

The CUET UG 2025 registration form can be filled up by visiting the official website, cuet.nta.nic.in. The CUET UG 2025 registration fee payment deadline is March 23, 11:50 pm. The CUET UG 2025 registration fee can be paid using credit, debit card, UPI net banking.

The CUET 2025 will be held for 37 subjects. The CUET UG 2025 form correction facility will be open from March 24 to 26. The CUET UG 2025 question paper will be based on NCERT syllabus. A total of 8 topics have been deleted from the CUET UG syllabus 2025.

CUET UG 2025 eligibility criteria

The CUET UG 2025 eligibility criteria is mentioned below.

Candidates are required to have passed the Class 12 exam from a recognised board.
General category candidates are required to have scored a minimum 50% score Class 12 board exam.
Reserved category candidates are required to score at least 45% in Class 12.
There is no age limit for CUET UG 2025.
Candidates are required to be an Indian citizen. Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) can also apply for CUET UG 2025.

The CUET UG 2025 registration fee details are mentioned below.

CUET UG 2025: Changes

UGC chairman M Jagadesh Kumar announced several changes in CUET UG 2025 as per the recommendations from the expert panel.

Candidates can appear for CUET UG 2025 exam in any subject, irrespective of their Class 12 subjects.
CUET UG 2025 will be conducted in online mode as a Computer-Based Test (CBT).
CUET UG 2025 subjects reduced from 63 to 37.
Subjects like teaching aptitude, entrepreneurship, and legal studies have been removed from CUET UG 2025.
The duration of each CUET UG 2025 exam will be 1 hour.
General aptitude test scores will be used for admission regarding discontinued subjects in CUET UG 2025.
There are no optional questions in CUET UG 2025.

A total of 46 central universities will accept CUET UG 2025 scores for admission. The CUET UG 2025 participating colleges include Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and others.
