New online programmes aim to equip students and professionals with skills needed in product-led, AI-driven and digital finance industries

D.Y. Patil Deemed to be University Online has expanded its portfolio of professional programmes with the launch of an online MBA in product management, along with two new courses focused on fintech and artificial intelligence. The move is aimed at preparing learners for careers in some of the fastest-growing sectors of the digital economy.
The newly introduced programmes include an online MBA in fintech and digital banking and an online MCA in applied AI and modern computing. Alongside the product management MBA, the university has introduced an Online MBA in fintech and digital banking. The programme will cover areas such as digital payments, banking innovation, financial technologies and regulatory frameworks.
The online MCA in applied AI and modern computing is aimed at learners interested in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud computing and data-driven applications.

The institution continues to focus on industry-aligned learning and career-oriented curriculum. According to an internal survey conducted by the university, 77 per cent of its students rated the programmes as highly relevant to industry requirements.
Highlighting the potential of product management as a career path, the university noted that Product Managers in India command competitive salaries, making the field an attractive option for professionals looking to move into leadership and innovation-driven roles.
