#DeclareUPSIResult: Uttar Pradesh sub-inspector aspirants urge police, UPPRPB to release scores

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Sub-Inspector (UP SI) result 2021-22 has not been declared yet leading to thousands of aspirants taking to social media to vent out their agitation. UP SI candidates have started campaigning on Twitter with #DeclareUPSIResult and urged UP Police to declare results immediately.

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) conducted the UP Police SI exam for 9534 vacancies from November 12 to December 2, 2021 and the UP Police SI exam for 1329 vacancies December 4 and 5, 2021.

From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to state chief minister Yogi Adityanath, candidates have urged several officials to declare results saying that while UP election results were declared within 2-3 days, UP SI exam result has not been released even after 4 months. Some aspirants even shared memes to express their disappointment.

An aspirant tweeted, “We want upsi result. When political parties can get their result of election within 2-3 days than why not UPSI candidates. Why upprb delaying upsi result. My humble request to up government please declare result UPSI”

A Twitter user said, “Our request is only that you tell us some fix date of the result. The hope of us children is attached to this recruitment and we are not able to do anything anywhere while waiting for the result. Otherwise we will keep you awake through this twitter movement.”

Another Twitter user wrote, “Tyrants playing with the aspirations of the YOUTH... is this the justice Done.. is this for what you are voted in to power.”

A candidate said in a tweet, “A few months ago these stars were the reason of smiles, and today these stars are the main reason of everyone's sadness because nobody knows what's going to be happen, that's why we are requesting for result. Please release the result please”

“Government should acknowledge the problems of UPSI 2021 students as the time taking is so long for the results. It is our right to know the result as we have to be prepare for other exams too,” said another Twitter user.
