Delhi CET 2025 result tomorrow; counselling for admission to 1,158 seats from July 31

Delhi Common Entrance Test (Delhi CET) 2025 result will be declared tomorrow for admission to full-time diploma courses in engineering, technology, and pharmacy. Candidates will be allotted seats based on two rounds of counselling, along with a spot round and a special spot round. Counselling registration and online choice submission will begin on July 31.

Delhi CET counselling 2025 will be based on the entrance exam ranks scored by the candidates, preferences submitted, and availability of diploma seats in the institutes. In case of a tie, different tie-breaking criteria will be used for the three tests.

For Test 1 (engineering and technology), the candidate with a higher mathematics score in CET will be given preference. If the tie persists, the marks scored in the CET exam for physics, chemistry, English, and then biology will be compared.

For Test 2 (pharmacy), the candidate who scores higher in biology or mathematics will be ranked higher in the merit list. For a tie in Test 3 (lateral entry), the marks in the mathematics, physics and chemistry sections of Delhi CET 2025 will be compared. In all three papers, if the tie persists, the candidate with the older date of birth will be ranked higher.
