Delhi Nursery Admission 2023 begins; check schedule

NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Education (DoE) Delhi has started the registration process for Delhi Nursery, KG and class 1 admissions for 2023-24 academic session. The admission details for entry level classes and the number of seats in all Government Sarvodaya Vidyalayas will be released at school level on March 24, 2023.
The parents and guardians can fill the application form for admission of their wards in pre-school (nursery), pre-primary (KG) and class 1 admission till March 15. The application form along with required documents are required to be dropped off in the drop boxes available in school. The list of applicants along with deficiency will be displayed on the school's notice board.
Parents of the applicants can visit the school during school timings from March 20 and 21, 2023, for the correction of any deficiencies in the application form. The list of selected students for admission will be displayed on the school notice board on March 24 at 11 AM in morning/general shift schools and at 3 PM in evening shift schools.
The admission process of selected students will start on March 25, 2023, and will be completed by March 31, 2023. If any seat is left vacant, admission of children placed on the waiting list will be done from April 1 to April 5, 2023.
