Delhi Nursery Admission 2025: Registration from November 28; DoE issues schedule, guidelines
Nursery Admission 2025-26: Parents of eligible students can submit application forms by December 20 at edudel.nic.in.

NEW DELHI : The Directorate of Education has announced the schedule for Delhi nursery admission 2025 for the academic session 2025-26. Accordingly, the registration for open category seats in entry-level classes in private unaided schools of Delhi will commence from November 28. Parents of eligible students will be able to submit forms for nursery admission 2025-26 on the official website, edudel.nic.in.
The last date for submission of applications for admissions is December 20. Parents will have to pay Rs 25 as the registration fee.
As per the eligibility criteria, the upper age limit for admission in entry-level classes including nursery, kindergarten, and Class 1 has been fixed as follows:

The directorate reminded schools that the number of seats should not be less than the higher number of seats in the entry level classes during the last three years.
Moreover, the DoE reiterated the guidelines for admissions including prohibition of demand of donation at the time of admission, prospectus, admission process for main school and branches, and documents considered valid as address proofs.
Delhi Nursery Admission 2025: Important dates
The schools have been asked to display the details on their websites and to send a copy to the directorate by December 13. The directorate will verify the seats by December 24.
