DPS RK Puram organises annual career fair; over 80 universities from India and abroad participate

Universities from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Hong Kong and Singapore attended DPS RK Puram career fair.
NEW DELHI: Delhi Public School, RK Puram, Delhi today organised its annual career fair ‘Crossroads’. The fair was held at the junior branch of Delhi Public School Vasant Vihar for Classes 9 to 12.
Students, along with their parents, attended the fair enthusiastically, a DPS RK Puram statement said.

110 universities from across the country and abroad, including the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, France, Italy, Hong Kong and Singapore attended the event.
Some of the universities that participated included University of Southern California, University of California, King's College London, University College London, University of British Columbia and Singapore Management University.
Representatives of the universities participating in the DPS RK Puram’s annual career fair apprised the students and their parents about various programmes, research works and newly launched centres of their institutions. They also addressed a range of queries of students and their parents.
Topics including foreign education systems, admission process, fee structure, overhead charges and others were also covered during the interaction.
This fair, an official statement said, has opened new doors for numerous students, and has proven to be a platform for both students and parents to gain a better grasp on university education.
The DPS, in the statement added that it aims at deepening the thoughts of their students so that their learning becomes the means to achieve that perfection of mind in which analytical reasoning goes hand-in-hand with logical conclusion. The school was founded in August 1972. It celebrated its 50th anniversary last year.
