DU Admission 2022: CSAS phase 3 schedule released; phase 1, 2 deadline extended till October 12

DU CSAS Phase 1, Phase 2 deadline has been extended till October 12. A correction window will open tomorrow at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

Download NowNEW DELHI : Delhi University (DU) has released the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) Phase 3 schedule today. According to the CSAS phase 3 schedule, the first merit list for DU UG admission 2022 will be released on October 18. DU has also extended CSAS Phase 1 and Phase 2 deadline till October 12, 4:59pm. Candidates can apply and fill their preferences of programmes and colleges on the official website -- ugadmission.uod.ac.in.

In addition, DU will also provide a correction window to the candidates who have already completed their Phase I or Phase II and wish to edit or modify details. The correction window will open from tomorrow, October 11 till 4:59 pm, October 12, 2022.

"This is a one-time facility for OBC-NCL, EWS, SC, ST, Minority, PwBD and CW candidates who wish to re-upload their updated documents, certificates. Only the documents, certificates uploaded on the CSAS portal will be considered for the purpose of admission," DU's official notification said.
DU Admission 2022: CSAS Phase 3 schedule
DU will declare three rounds of regular CSAS allocation-cum-admission rounds and spot admission rounds subject to availability of vacant seats. Before the announcement of the first CSAS round, the University will release a ‘Simulated List’ through which the candidates will be able to assess their probabilities of securing admission in a programme of a college. After the declaration of the ‘Simulated List’, two more days will also be provided to the candidates to re-order their preferences.

"It has been observed from the registration statistics that there are ample opportunities for the candidates belonging to SC and ST category to take admission in the University of Delhi. The University encourages SC/ST candidates who are desirous of seeking admission in University of Delhi to apply through CSAS Phase I and II. In order to optimally fill the seats, the University will be allocating 30% extra seats for the SC/ST candidates in the First CSAS allocation round," Delhi University further informed.
