DU Admissions 2018: Pre-admission orientation on April 27, 28; likely changes in application process

NEW DELHI, APRIL 27: The University of Delhi is holding a two-day pre-admission interaction and orientation programme for the DU undergraduate admissions 2018 on April 27 and 28. The orientation programme will begin from 10:00 am onward in the North Campus of the Central University.
The DU 2018 admission officials, in this orientation programme will familiarize the DU Under Graduate aspirants about the process of online registration and the admission process.
DU Application Process gets a makeover
The application process is likely to be revised this year. Some of the changes will be around the online registration for both the merit-based and entrance-based admission.
Class 12th board marks of CBSE students will be automatically fetched from software, thus they need only to provide their CBSE Class 12 Board Exam Roll Number.
A new undergraduate course – 5-year integrated programme in Journalism is to be added in the list.
The candidates applying under the Sports Category will have to upload three certificates claiming their quota. Till last year, they needed to provide only one certificate.
