DU Second Cut-off 2021 Live Updates: Check course-wise 2nd cutoff lists of top Delhi University colleges
Delhi University Admission: The consolidated DU second cut-off lists 2021 are out for all the Delhi University colleges. Ramjas College has released as high as 100% score in the second cut-off list for Political Science Hons. The admission process for DU 2nd cut-off list will begin from October 11.

NEW DELHI: The Delhi University colleges have released the DU second cut-off 2021 for UG merit-based admission programmes at du.ac.in. DU's Ramjas College has released 100% cut-off for BA Hons Political Science making no change in the first cut-off score. Other colleges like Bhagini Nivedita, PGDAV College, Shivaji College, Satyawati College, Mata Sundari College, Kalindi College, Aryabhatta College, Swami Shraddhanand College, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Jesus and Mary College and College of Vocational Studies have also released their second cut-off list.
After a perfect score of 100% in the first cut-off list, the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya has reduced the DDU second cut-off 2021 for BSc Hons Computer Science to 98.5%. As per the released JMC 2nd cut-off list 2021, the college is offering admission to only three courses and for rest of the programmes admissions are closed. In the honous programmes category, College of Vocational Studies is only offering admissions at BA Hons English to the candidates who have scored between 96.25 to 96.5%.
Candidates can check the second cut-off list of DU 2021 for various colleges on their official websites. Delhi University will release the consolidated lists of DU second cut-offs for all the colleges at du.ac.in . The first DU cut-off 2021 was released on October 1.
The admissions for the second DU cut-offs will begin from October 11 (10 am) and must be completed by October 13. The colleges will approve the DU admissions against the Delhi University second cut-off list 2021 by October 14 (5 pm). The candidates can pay the admission fee till October 15 (5 pm). Those candidates who have taken admissions on the basis of the first DU cut-off 2021 can also withdraw and change their admissions after the DU 2nd cut-off list is released.

DU colleges like Hansraj College, Aryabhatta College, Kamala Nehru College, Bharati College, Lady Irwin College and Maitreyi College will release the DU second cut-off 2021 soon. DU cut-off is calculated on the basis of best of four marks, including one elective and three academic subjects.
The students can expect some dip in second cut-off list of DU 2021 as the cut-off percentage skyrocketed to as high as 100% for around 8 colleges and 9 courses. After the completion of the first round of admission, most of the seats in the popular courses and colleges have been filled. Hindu College and Miranda House College’s principal told PTI that they will not be releasing the 2nd cut-off list of DU 2021 for BA Hons Political Science programme. By the end of the DU first round admissions, the Delhi University has received 60,904 applications out of which 14,205 applications have been approved.
Apart from these colleges, many others like Aryabhatta, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya and Maharaja Agrasen College have recorded a good number of admissions for reserved category seats.
The last date to make the payment for admissions on the basis of first DU cut-off list was October 15 (11:59 pm). This year, 8 colleges and 9 courses of Delhi University demanded students to have a perfect score of 100%.

No change in Political Science (Hons) cut-off at Ramjas College
The students who wish to take admissions at BA Hons Political Science must have a perfect cut-off score of 100. Ramjas College has not made any change in the cut-off score for BA Hons Political Science Hons, while the cut-off score for BA programme category C and BSc Hons Physics has seen a decline of 0.5 and 0.77% respectively.

BCom Hons admissions closed at Maharaja Agrasen College: Report
Maharaja Agrasen College has released the second cut-off list of MAC 2021 for UG merit-based programmes. DU second cut-off 2021: 0.25 to 1.5% decline in cut-off percentage
Delhi University colleges like Aryabhatta College and DDU College have released their second cut-off list with a dip of around 025 to 1.5%. The BA Hons Psychology programme which was offered at 98.5% in the first round is now offered at 98.25% in second cut-off list of DU 2021. In Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, the cut-off for the BSc Hons Computer is pegged at 98.5 per cent in the second list but it is closed for admissions in SC, ST, PwD and EWS categories. This is 1.5% less than the cut-off score in the first cut-off list of DU 2021.

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College has released the DDU second cut-off list 2021. The cut-off score of BSc Hons Computer Science has dipped to 1.5% in the DDU 2nd cut-off list 2021. Aryabhatta College has seen a dip of 0.25 to 1 percentage in the second cut-off list. The Aryabhatta College 2021 second cut-offs for BA (Honours) Economics, BA (Honours) Hindi, BSc (Honours) Mathematics saw a one per cent decline to 97, 85 and 96 per cent, respectively. The cut-off scores for BA (Honours) English and BA (Honours) History, BCom (Honours) have come down to 95.5 per cent, 94.5 per cent and 97.5 per cent.

DU refutes favouritism allegations made by professor
The Delhi University has rejected the claim of favouritism to a particular state board made by a physics professor, Rakesh Kumar Pandey over a Facebook post and said that the opportunities are given equally to all and admissions are done on merit.
DU registrar Vikas Gupta told PTI that being a central university, the University of Delhi equally and uniformly values the academic credentials of all the candidates irrespective of their states and school boards."

DU 2nd cut-off list 2021: How to change courses?
Candidates who wish to change their courses after the release of DU second cut-off 2021 need to withdraw their previous admission under the first cut-off list. They have to pay a cancellation fee of Rs 1000 and download the confirmation page. Now, the students need to select new college and course by logging into the official website. They have to follow the online document verification process and make the payment of the fees as done in the first round. Delhi University Entrance Test 2021 for UG courses
The DU 2021 admission for some undergraduate programmes is conducted through the Delhi University Entrance Test (DUET) held by the National Testing Agency (NTA). From this year, the number of UG courses for which the entrance test is conducted has increased from 9 to 13. These four new UG programmes include Bachelor in Occupational Therapy, Masters of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics, Bachelor in Physiotherapy.

DU NCWEB cut off 2021
This year, Delhi University is likely to release seven to eight DU 2021 Non Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) cut off. The DU NCWEB 2021 cut off will be published for female candidates who cannot pursue regular courses offered by University of Delhi. For NCWEB female students, the classes will be held only on the weekends.

Ramjas College first cut-off 2021 for unreserved category
Ramjas College released 100% cut-off score for three courses in the first cut-off list, BA Hons Political Science, BSc Hons Physics and BA programme Category C. As many as two courses, BA Hons Economics and BA Hons English asked students to have a minimum cut0off score of 99.7%.

DU Cut-Off List 2021: Admissions status at Kamala Nehru College
The Delhi University's Kamala Nehru College has witnessed a huge footfall for admissions this year. The principal of Kamala Nehru College, Kalpana Bhakuni told PTI that students have shown great interest for admissions to BA Political Science (Honours), BA Economics (Honours), BA Mathematics (Honours), BA Sociology (Honours) and BA Hindi (Honours) programmes. "It is highly likely that these courses will be closed for the reserved category candidates and some seats will be remaining in the unreserved category," she added.

LSR first cut-offs 2021 for unreserved seats
In the first DU cut-off list 2021, the LSR cut-off score saw a dip of 0.25% this year in comparison to the previous year. LSR pegged 100% score for three courses in the first round last year. The minimum cut-off score of LSR was 99.75% for BCom Hons, BA Hons Political Science and BA Hons Psychology.

Gargi college first cut-offs 2021
The Delhi University's Gargi College released the highest cut-off of 99.75% for admissions at BA Hons Applied Psychology in the first cut-off list. For admissions to B.Com (Hons), the Gargi College cut-off score required was 99%.

1,600 admissions at Miranda House
As per the PTI report, Miranda House College will not release the second cut-off list for BA Political Science (Honours), BA Chemistry (Honours), BSc Physics (Honours) and BSc Zoology (Honours). The college has had around 1,600 admissions on the basis of DU first cut-off 2021. The college will release DU second cut-off 2021 for programmes like BA Sociology (Honours), BA History (Honours), BA Economics(Honours) and some combinations of BA programme.

Nearly 36,000 students secured seats
After the completion of the first round of DU admission 2021 as many as 35,805 students were able to secure their seats in Delhi University colleges, as per the official data. The university also extended the deadline to pay the DU admission fee against the 1st cut-off list till October 8 (11:59 pm).

DU cut-off 2021 likely to remain higher
The DU cut-off is expected to remain higher for UG admissions this year as more more than 70,000 students from the CBSE board scored above 95% marks in Class 12 examination. The Delhi University receives majority of applications from the students belonging to CBSE board.

Over-admissions in Political Science (Hons) at Aryabhatta College
Aryabhatta College has had 301 admissions so far, with 86 admissions to BA Political Science(Honours) and BA programme combination of History and Political Science having 58 admissions against 25 seats and BCom programme seeing 61 admissions.
The Live Mint quoted Rajesh Dwivedi, convener, admissions at Aryabhatta College as saying " We have had over admissions to BA Political Science (Honours), a combination of History and Political Science under BA programme and BCom programme."

Hindu College left with seats in only few courses
The principal of Hindu College, Anju Srivastava told PTI that the admission in courses like BA Hons Political Science, BA History (Honours), BA Hindi (Honours), BA programme, BA Philosophy (Honours), etc and almost all the science courses are over. "I think we will only have seats left in BA (Honours) Economics and BCom (Honours)," she added.
