Download NowThe Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) has delayed the application process for the All India Selection Test (AIST) 2026. FDDI will begin the AIST application process 2026 on January 1. FDDI AIST 2026 is scheduled on May 10 in 38 cities across the country.

Earlier, the FDDI AIST 2026 application process was scheduled to begin on December 20 onwards. Eligible candidates can apply for FDDI AIST 2026 on the official website, fddiindia.com, by April 20.
Candidates belonging to the general, OBC, and general-EWS categories have to pay Rs 600, and other candidates have to pay Rs 300 as registration fees. The late application fee for AIST 2026 is Rs 800 and Rs 400, respectively.
FDDI conducts the AIST 2026 for admission to courses in footwear design, fashion design, and business management. The FDDI AIST 2026 exam assesses candidates' skills and knowledge in footwear design, leather goods, fashion design, and related fields.

AIST Exam Pattern 2026 for BDes
To complete the AIST 2026 exam, candidates will be given two hours and 30 minutes in a pen-and-paper-based mode. The paper will comprise five sections with 126 questions.
