FTII JET 2024 registration expected to begin soon at ftii.ac.in
The FTII JET is a national-level entrance examination conducted annually for postgraduate and post-graduate diploma media courses.

NEW DELHI: FTII Pune is expected to begin the Film and Television Institute of India Joint Entrance Examination (FTII JET) 2024 registration soon in online mode at the official website of FTII JET. Once released, interested and eligible candidates can fill the application form on the FTII official website at ftii.ac.in
The FTII, Pune and the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, Kolkata (SRFTI) conduct the JET examination for students who are interested in media programmes. Candidates who pass the FTII JET 2023 exam will be able to enrol in these two prestigious institutes for courses in a variety of fields, including direction & screenplay, writing, editing, acting, cinematography, sound designing, recording, art direction & production design, and video editing, and others.
FTII JET is held once a year. The exam is held in offline format and is conducted in English. The test is of three hours duration and is divided into two portions. According to the official FTII JET test format, there are 100 objective-type questions, with each right answer worth one mark. The questions are of the multiple-choice and descriptive answer types. The examination paper will cover subjects such allied arts, literature, art & craft film & tv, environmental awareness, general awareness, general knowledge relating to art and culture and media, and so on.

How to apply for FTII JET 2024
Candidates can follow these steps to apply for FTII JET 2024
- Go to the official website at ftii.ac.in.
- On the homepage, go to the application section and then click the ‘Registration’ button.
- Fill the registration form by entering details such as name, email id, contact information etc.
- Next, enter login credentials generated during registration.
- Fill in the application form with required details.
- Upload required documents and pay the fees.
- Download and take a printout of the confirmation page.
