The institute said that this partnership will open multiple avenues for students, providing them with a comprehensive immersion into Japanese language and culture through a variety of initiatives. These initiatives include the establishment of Japanese labs, customised language courses, student exchange programmes, and career guidance aimed at equipping students with the skills necessary to thrive in global settings, particularly in Japan and within Japanese organisations worldwide.
The collaboration goes beyond language and cultural exchanges, including academic partnerships with universities and institutions in Japan through joint degree programmes, twinning programmes, dual degree programmes, student exchange programmes, and research collaborations, the institute further said.
