Try NowNEW Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will close the GATE 2022 answer key challenge window today. Candidates who want to raise the objections can do so at gate.iitkgp.ac.in. The GATE 2022 answer key objection raising process includes fee payment of Rs. 500 (per question).
Candidates challenging the GATE answer key must make sure that the serial number of the objected question is correctly mentioned. If the question number is not correctly mentioned, then the objection will not be considered by the authorities. Candidates also have to clarify the section name and number of questions in the supporting document. Provided that, no query will be entertained if the online payment is not made beforehand.

Steps to challenge GATE 2022 Answer Key
Step 1: Visit the GOAPS 2022 official website - gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
Step 2: Find and select the ‘Contest Answer Key’ tab.
Step 3: Pay the online fee of Rs. 500 for each objection.
Step 4: Enter the question number and other details as prescribed.
Step 5: Add a justification for each objection that is required to be given by the candidates under 500 characters.
Step 6: Attach supporting documents in the suggested format.
After releasing the final answer key, IIT Kharagpur will announce GATE 2022 result on March 17.
GATE 2022: Answer key challenge fee refund rule
A refund of the GATE 2022 answer key challenge fee will be made if the objection made by any candidate is found to be valid. The amount of Rs. 500 (for each correct objection) will be refunded to the source payment mode, which was made at the time of raising the objection against the GATE 2022 answer key.
