Check NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will start the GATE registration 2022 from today, August 30, at gate.iitkgp.ac.in. All interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill the GATE 2022 application form till September 24. However, candidates who fail to register before the deadline will be able to fill the GATE form 2022 with a late fee of Rs 500 till October 1. Applicants will be able to complete GATE registration 2022 through the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS).

The process of filling GATE application form 2022 includes registration, filling details, uploading documents, fee payment and final submission of the form. Candidates can check the steps to fill the GATE 2022 application form below.
Procedure to fill GATE application form 2022
GATE 2022 registration- Candidates have to register by entering their name, country, email ID, mobile number and by creating a password. After the details are entered an OTP will be sent to the registered email and mobile number of the candidates which has to be verified to complete the registration.
Filling details- Candidates have to login to GOAPS portal and fill in all the required details of the GATE application form including GATE paper, exam centres and photo ID number details.
Uploading documents- Candidates have to upload scanned images of their photograph, signature and other documents in the GATE 2022 application form as per the specifications provided by the authorities.
Preview of application form- Candidates have to preview the details submitted by them and edit if required.
Fee payment- Next, the application fee of GATE 2022 has to be paid in online mode.
Submission of form- Finally, candidates have to submit the form and take a printout for future references.
After the completion of GATE registration 2022 , candidates will also be given a chance to make corrections to their already submitted application forms from November 1 to 12.
GATE 2022 exam dates are February 5, 6, 12 and 13. GATE admit card 2022 will be released on January 3.
