NEW DELHI: The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 will be held on February 3, 4, 10, and 11. For the students appearing for GATE exam 2024, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) released two Youtube videos on the importance of mental health and wellness.
The recent GATE 2024 Youtube video talks about the stress, pressure, and self-doubt faced by students while preparing for the exam and shares tips on handling the exam stress. In the previous video, IISc Bangalore talked about the wellness of students and also shared motivational quotes. “Exams are not just about competition, they’re about balancing life and studies,” it said.
The videos shot on the IISc campus show students studying, playing, doing meditation, laughing with friends, and eating thus motivating students to create a balance between exams and life.
Through the videos, IISc Bangalore shared motivational tips for students appearing for GATE 2024. The institute asked students to reach out to family, friends, and mentors and to remember that they’re not alone in their journey. “Remember, exams are just a part of life, your well-being is a priority,” it said.
IISc Bangalore also shared tips on maintaining a holistic wellness and their benefits for students which are as follows:
“As you walk into the exam hall, remember, you have prepared not just your mind but your entire being. And when you march, victorious or not, know that you are resilient. Your well-being is your greatest asset. Reach out for support when needed. Together we’ll face exams and life’s challenges,” IISc Bangalore lastly said.
