Interested candidates who haven’t yet applied for GATE 2024 can do so through the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in. Late fee of Rs 500 will be implemented after October 12.

The GATE 2024 exam is schedule to be held from February 3, 4, 10, and 11. As per the schedule, the GATE 2024 admit cards will be issued on January 3.

GATE 2024: How to regsiter
Candidates can follow the easy steps given below to register for GATE 2024 exam.
- Go to the official GATE 2024 website, gate2024.isc.ac.in
- On the homepage, locate and click on the "Login" link.
- Choose "Register here" for new registrations.
- Enter the required information and proceed to the application form.
- Upload all necessary details and documents within the application form.
- Complete the application fee payment
- Download and take take a printout of the same for further references.
Candidates belonging to the general or unreserved category have to pay Rs 1,800 during the regular and Rs 2,300 during the extended period. The application fee for SC, SG and PwD candidates is Rs 900 during the regular. During the extended period, the fee for these categories is Rs 1,400.
Students can pay the registration fee through credit card, debit card, net banking, EMI, wallet, or UPI. Around 78 percent of the candidates used UPI to pay the application fee, as per a post on Twitter.
