Goa Institute of Management records 100% placement in all PG programmes
GIM Goa records 100% campus placements in all four PGDM programmes. Both average and highest salary packages witness increase from 2021.

NEW DELHI: Goa Institute of Management (GIM) finished its campus placements 2022 for all four programmes. The institute has recorded 100% placements and has surpassed the highest and average annual salary packages as compared to last year.
In this year's campus placements, the post graduate diploma in management (PGDM) programme at GIM saw a boost in average salary by 20% reaching Rs 14.87 lakh per annum while the highest salary was recorded at Rs 55 lakh per annum. The top recruiters that offered jobs to students in the PGDM programme were Birla Capital, Accenture, ICICI Bank, Citi, TATA Capital, Gartner, Tech Mahindra, Asian Paints, Axis Bank, Crompton Greaves, ITC Limited, Deloitte, Capgemini, Infosys, EY, Microsoft, Reliance, JP Morgan Chase & Co, Johnson & Johnson, Schindler among others.

The PGDM-big data analytics (BDA) programme received the highest salary of Rs 40.2 lakh per annum while its average sits at Rs 17.2 lakh per annum. The top recruiters here were CRIF, Optum, HSBC Bank, Accenture AI, Tata Capital and others.
Receiving the highest international salary recorded at the institute this year of Rs 60.4 lakh per annum, the PGDM-healthcare management (HCM) course saw an increase of Rs 34.4 lakh per annum as compared to 2021. Meanwhile, the highest domestic salary was Rs 29.13 lakh and the average salary was Rs 15 lakh per annum.
PGDM-banking, insurance and financial services (BFSI) course at Goa Institute of Management surpassed its own records after getting an average package of Rs 14.35 lakh when compared to Rs 11 lakh in 2021. The highest package in this course was recorded at Rs 27 lakh.
In other news, GIM was ranked as the best Big Data Analytics Institute 2023 by Analytics Insights. The institute will close applications for admission in PGDM programmes by January 4, 2023. Interested candidates can apply- forms.gim.sc.in.
