GPAT 2020 registration to commence from November 1

NEW DELHI, October 31- The National Testing Agency (NTA) is going to start registrations for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) from tomorrow, i.e. November 1, 2019. Candidates will be able to submit GPAT application form till November 30, 2019. The application form will be released in online mode at NTA website ( nta.ac.in ) for the entrance examination to be held on January 24, 2020, which is the entry route for admission into various M.Pharm courses offered by AICTE approved institutes. It may be noted that only eligible candidates will be able to register for GPAT 2020 for which, candidates should have passed B. Pharm or should be enrolled in the last year of the Bachelor of Pharmacy course.
While filling the application form of GPAT, the applicants will be required to enter their personal details, educational qualifications, etc. Candidates proceeding with GPAT registration should have a scanned copy of candidate’s photograph and signature along with other details. This will be followed by release of admit cards on December 24 which shall contain address of the candidate's examination centre accompanied with other exam day information.
NTA had announced the important dates of GPAT 2020 on August 21, 2019 through official website. The entrance examination for admission into M. Pharm courses will take place on January 24, whose result is to be declared on February 3, 2020. It must be noted that till 2018, GPAT exam was conducted by AICTE, from however, from 2019 onwards, the computer-based entrance examination is being conducted by NTA.
