The Board has created a strong online and offline feedback system for question papers. It uses this feedback and takes appropriate action while preparing the results.

This year, the Class X pass percentage is 93.70%, which is slightly higher than last year’s 93.66% in 2025.

The examinations were scheduled in a way that allowed the evaluation process to be completed in the shortest possible time after the exams concluded. CBSE released date sheets early so that students can plan their preparation more effectively.

In CBSE, students are allowed to choose any combination of subjects, resulting in over 26,000 subject combinations opted for in the year 2026. The first date sheet was issued on October 20, 2025, 109 days before the examinations. The final version with minor corrections was released on December 31, 2025, 47 days prior to the exams. Adequate gaps were also provided between papers for students.

In view of the ongoing situation in West Asian countries, CBSE decided to declare the results of students from the region along with others, ensuring fairness and consistency in line with its policy.

CBSE has announced class 10 results for over 24 lakh and pass percentage has been recorded at 93.7. The board has introduced a two-exam system for class 10 students from this year. Those who have not passed the exam, or want to improve their marks- can appear in the phase 2 exams scheduled in May. 

To access marksheets, go to the official website and enter your roll number, school no., date of birth, type dob in dd/mm/yyyy format, or click icon and enter admit card ID (as given on your admit card)

CBSE will make digital academic documents—including mark sheet-cum-certificates, migration certificates, and skill certificates (where applicable)—available through its digital repository, “Parinam Manjusha” soon. Students can access these documents at cbse.digitallocker.gov.in.

Due to heavy traffic, the CBSE result website is taking time to load. In such cases, students can switch to DigiLocker or the UMANG app to download CBSE 10th result. 

A total of 24,12,072 students registered for the Class 10 board exams this year, held across 8,075 centres. Among the candidates, 14,08,546 were boys, while over 10 lakh were girls.

CBSE class 10 result link is now active on website, UMANG app, Digilocker and can also be accessed via SMS. After downloading their marksheets, students can calculate CBSE class 10 marks using CGPA by multiplying the grade points earned in each subject by 9.5.

Students were required to arrive at the exam centre at least 30 to 45 minutes before the reporting time. Entry was not permitted after the designated reporting time. In recent years, CBSE Class 10 results have typically been announced in the afternoon hours. In 2025 and 2024, the results were declared at 1:10 PM, while in 2023 they were released at 1:30 PM. In 2022, the announcement came slightly later at 2:00 PM, whereas in 2021, the results were declared earlier at 12:00 PM.

To pass the CBSE Class 10 exam, students must score at least 33% marks in each subject. This includes both the theory exam (80 marks) and internal assessment or practicals (20 marks). In most cases, students are assessed on the combined total of theory and internal marks, rather than passing each separately.

CBSE has not confirmed the result date and time yet; however, a February notice suggests Phase 1 results will be out by April 20.
