Government and private schools affiliated with the Haryana Board must upload the final annual examination marks for the 2025-26 academic session through the official portal.

The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) has extended the deadline for government schools, private schools, gurukuls and vidyapeeths affiliated with the Haryana board to upload the final annual examination marks of Class 9 and Class 11 students for the 2025-26 academic session. As per the extended date, schools can now submit the marks online till July 24, 2026.
As per the notice, schools have been directed to log in to the board's official website using their user ID and password and upload the marks within the revised timeline. The board has advised institutions to complete the process before the deadline to avoid inconvenience to students.

According to the notification, the online portal, which was earlier open from April 20 to July 7, has been reopened from July 8 to July 24 to facilitate the submission of annual examination marks.
The board said the extension has also been provided to enable schools to update the records of students whose Class 10 results were marked as RLE (Result Late due to Eligibility) after taking admission to Class 11 during the 2024-25 academic session.
Further, the board mentioned in the notice that schools have been instructed to clear such RLE cases by updating the students' records. If a student has not passed the Class 10 examination, the result should be marked as "Cancelled".
The board said if schools fail to upload the Class 9 and Class 11 annual examination marks within the stipulated period, the concerned students will not be eligible to appear for the Class 10 and Class 12 annual board examinations. The responsibility for such cases will rest with the respective schools.
