The Himachal Pradesh Takniki Shiksha Board (HPTSB) will issue the HP Polytechnic Admission Test (HP PAT 2026) admit card today, May 29, for admission to engineering, pharmacy, architecture, and assistantship courses. Candidates can download the HP PAT 2026 hall ticket from the official website, hptechboard.com.

To download the HP PAT admit card, candidates will have to enter their valid application number and password. According to the schedule, HPTSB will conduct the HP PAT 2026 exam on June 7 in offline mode as a pen-and-paper test.

The HP PAT hall ticket 2026 will include the candidate's name, application number, registration number, photograph, signature, HP PAT exam date, shift timings, reporting time, and other guidelines for the HP PAT 2026 exam day.

HP PAT is a state-level entrance exam for admission into three-year diploma courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, and other technical courses in government and private polytechnic colleges in Himachal Pradesh.

  • Enter your valid application number, password, and captcha code.
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
  • The HP PAT hall ticket 2026 will appear in a new tab.
  • Download the admit card and save it for the future.

HP PAT 2026 exam pattern

The Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Admission Test (HP PAT) is an offline OMR-based exam of 3 hours. As per the HP PAT exam pattern , the exam has four sections: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English. Mathematics and Physics have 50 questions each (200 marks each), Chemistry has 30 questions (120 marks), and English has 20 questions (80 marks), making a total of 150 questions and 600 marks.

As per the HP PAT marking scheme, 4 marks will be given for each correct answer, and 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
