HP TET November 2026 registration begins at hpbose.org; exams from November 22

HP TET 2026: Candidates can apply without a late fee until October 3, while the exams will be held from November 22 to December 6.
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has started the online HP Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) application process for the November 2026 session. Eligible candidates can submit their HP TET applications through the board’s website until October 3, 2026, up to 11.59 pm, without paying a late fee.
The HP TET 2026 exam will be conducted from November 22 to December 6, 2026 for TGT (Arts, Medical and Non-Medical), TGT Hindi, TGT Sanskrit, JBT, Punjabi, Urdu and Special Educator TET categories.
The HP TET 2026 application fee varies by candidate category. Candidates belonging to the general category and its sub-categories, except PHH, will have to pay Rs 1,200. The fee for OBC, SC, ST and physically handicapped candidates is Rs 700.
Candidates submitting their HP TET applications during the late-fee period will have to pay an additional late fee of Rs 600 over and above the prescribed examination fee.

Candidates who miss the regular application deadline can submit their HP TET forms with a late fee of Rs 600 from October 4 to October 8. The online correction window will remain open from October 9 to October 12.

HP TET November 2026: Steps to fill application form
Candidates can follow these steps to apply for the HP TET 2026.
- Visit the official HPBOSE website at hpbose.org
- Click on the TET link.
- Read the instructions and click the new registration link
- Log in using the credentials generated during registration.
- Fill in the required personal, academic and other details in the application form.
- Upload the required documents, photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Review all the details entered in the application form carefully.
- Pay the application fee through the available online payment gateway.
- Submit the application form and save or download the confirmation page for future reference.
HP TET 2026 exam schedule

The HP TET 2026 admit card for the November session will be available for download from the board’s website four days before the respective examination. Candidates should download their hall tickets and check the exam date, time and other details carefully.
