NEW DELHI: The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has issued the admit card for the Post Graduate Teachers (PGT) recruitment exam 2024. The HPSC PGT 2024 exam is scheduled to be held from September 12 to September 17. Candidates who filled out the application form can download the HPSC PGT 2024 admit card through the official website, hpsc.gov.in.
Candidates are required to enter their login credentials such as application number and password to download the HPSC PGT 2024 admit card. The HPSC PGT 2024 admit card includes important details such as the candidate's name, roll number, registration number, exam date and time, exam centre, PGT subject, photograph, signature, and key exam instructions.
The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 3,069 PGT vacancies in various subjects. Of these, 1,703 positions are reserved for General category candidates, 383 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), 305 for Backward Classes - A (BC-A), 151 for Backward Classes - B (BC-B), and 612 for Scheduled Castes (SC).
The Haryana HPSC PGT exam will have three stages. The Screening test consists of 100 objective-type questions, with a minimum qualifying mark of 25%. The subject knowledge test is descriptive, carries 150 marks, and holds an 87.5% weightage, with a 35% qualifying mark. The Interview accounts for 12.5% of the total weightage.
