HTET 2025 exam date announced; Haryana TET level 1, 2, 3 exams on July 26, 27

The Board of School Education, Haryana has announced the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET 2025) exam date. The HTET exam is conducted for recruitment of teachers to elementary, secondary and senior secondary classes. As per the revised schedule, the HTET exam will be conducted on July 26 and 27.

The HBSE Board postponed the HTET exam for level 1 and 2, previously scheduled for December 7 and 8, due to technical reasons. However, there was no clarity on the revised schedule for six months.

“I have been directed to inform you that the State Government has approved your proposal to conduct the HTET Examination-2024 of various levels on 26.07.2025 (Saturday) and 27.07.2025 (Sunday),” the principal secretary to Government of Haryana, school education department said.

The HTET registration 2025 facility was made available in November. The application submission window has closed now. The HTET admit card 2025 release date is yet to be announced.

Candidates who have completed Class 12 with Diploma in Elementary Education (DEIEd) will be considered eligible for Class 1 to 5 primary teacher recruitment, provided they qualify HTET level 1 exam. Those who qualify HTET level 2 for Class 6 to 8 will be selected for Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) posts. HTET level 3, on the other hand, is conducted for post graduate teacher (PGT) posts.
