IBPS PO 2024 notification out for 4,455 vacancies; eligibility, exam pattern, application fee

NEW DELHI: The Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has commenced the registration for the recruitment of the Probationary Officers (PO), Management Trainees (MT) today, August 1. Eligible aspirants can fill IBPS PO application form 2024 on the official website, ibps.in. The last date to apply for IBPS PO 2024 is August 21.

In order to apply, applicants belonging to the SC, ST, PwBD categories will have to pay an application fee of Rs 175. All other candidates will have to make payment of Rs 850.
As per the IBPS PO 2024 eligibility criteria, the age limit for aspirants is minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years. A candidate must have been born not earlier than August 2, 1994 and not later than August 1, 2004.
According to the IBPS PO exam pattern 2024, there will be preliminary exam and a main exam. The preliminary exam will comprise three sections carrying a total of 100 marks. The duration of the test will be one hour and the questions will be objective type. The main exam will consist of objective and descriptive questions and will be divided into five sections including letter writing and essay. The duration of test will be three hours and 30 minutes (for essay) and the total marks will be 225 (25 marks for essay).
