IBPS SO 2018 application form released; apply online before November 26

NEW DELHI, November 6: Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the application form of IBPS SO on November 6, 2018, in online mode for 1599 vacancies. Aspiring candidates can fill the form, make changes and pay the application fee till November 26, 2018. Before filling the IBPS SO application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria in order to avoid rejection at any later stage.
The process of IBPS SO application form 2018 includes these stages - registration, uploading of photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration (as per the prescribed specifications), filling up of personal details and preview of the application form. In order to complete the application process, General/OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 600 whereas SC/ST/PWD candidates will have to pay Rs. 100 by using online payment methods - Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallet, IMPS. After payment of application fee, candidates are advised to take a printout of the IBPS SO application form 2018 for future reference.
IBPS SO Prelims exam is scheduled to be conducted on December 29 and 30, 2018 for those candidates who will successfully submit the IBPS SO application form 2018. Candidates qualifying the prelims exam will be shortlisted for appearing in the mains exam, while the qualifying candidates of mains will have to appear for Interview. Candidates who qualify all the stages of IBPS SO 2018 will be given provisional allotment in April 2019.
IBPS SO exam is conducted every year for recruiting candidates for the posts of I.T. Officer (Scale-I), Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I), Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I), Law Officer (Scale I), HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I) and Marketing Officer (Scale I).
