ICAI Result: Challa Yaswanth, Kinjal Ajmera are CA Inter toppers

CA Inter Result: M Yash Doshi from Chennai, Jatin Poddar from Kolkata got the second and third rank
NEW DELHI: Challa Yaswanth from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh has topped the Chartered Accountants (CA) intermediate examination old course held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in December 2021 with 56.86 percent score, while Kinjal Ajmera from Kolkata, West Bengal became the CA inter topper for the new course by scoring 86.26 percent, said a statement from ICAI.
M Yash Doshi from Chennai got the all-India second rank, and Jatin Poddar from Kolkata got the third rank for the CA exam . Out of the 7,427 candidates who appeared for the Group 1 CA intermediate exam (old course), 400 passed the exam, while in Group 2, 3,407 out of 20,289 candidates. Similarly, 17,387 out of 79,822 candidates passed the Group 1 CA intermediate exam (new course) and 7,327 out of 62,029 candidates passed the Group 2 exam, said the statement.

About 3,295 students have attended both group exams for the CA (old course), in which, only 30 students cleared both. Among the 31,136 students who attended the CA (new course) exam, 3,598 passed the exam.
ICAI has declared the CA Intermediate result 2021 on February 26 on the ICAI official website icai.org. Candidates can view and download the ICAI result by logging into the CA examination portal, by entering registration and PIN number and roll number.
