ICSI CS December 2025 registration window reopens on October 23; change exam centre, module from October 26

The ICSI CS December 2025 exam will be conducted from December 22 to 29. Candidates should complete the Pre-Examination Test and Training and Development Orientation Programme by October 20, respectively.
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has reopened the registration window for the Company Secretary (CS) December 2025 exam. Eligible students can now register for the ICSI CS December 2025 exam from 10 am on October 23 through the official website at icsi.edu.
The deadline to complete the ICSI CS December 2025 exam is October 25, 2025. During this period, candidates can submit requests for examination registration with a late fee, the addition of modules with a late fee, and exemptions based on higher qualifications.
Students who registered for the exam can complete the ICSI CS December 2025 application correction process from October 26 to November 21, 2025. During this period, candidates can make changes in the examination centre, medium, module, or elective subject.
“Students may submit requests (s) for change of Examination Centre, Medium, Module and Elective Subject during the period from 26th October,2025, to 21st November, 2025, till 16:00 Hours. Thereafter, requests for any change will NOT be entertained under any circumstances,” the official notice said.

ICSI CS December 2025: Pre-examination test date
The ICSI has also reminded candidates to complete the Pre-Examination Test (Pre-ET), if not yet done, by October 24, 2025, 5:30 pm, and the Training and Development Orientation Programme (TDOP) by October 20, 2025.
The ICSI CS December 2025 exams are scheduled to be held from December 22 to 29 for both the executive and professional programmes. The exams will be conducted for a duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes, from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Candidates will be granted an extra 15 minutes, from 2 pm to 2:15 pm, to read the question paper before beginning to write.
