Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has started accepting applications for post postgraduate diploma in advertising and integrated communication (PGDAIC) programme for the July session 2025. IGNOU’s PG diploma in PGDAIC is designed to meet the demands of professionals in the fields of advertising, digital media, branding, and public relations.
IGNOU’s PGDAIC programme is in open distance learning (ODL) mode, and the duration is a minimum of one year to a maximum of three years. The programme eligibility demands graduation in any discipline, basic computer literacy and access to the internet are essential. The programme is in English medium and there is no age limit.
IGNOU’s ODL programmes offer learners the flexibility to study while working and an affordable pathway to upgrade their credentials in the growing media landscape.

Recently, IGNOU has also launched a new UG BA in journalism and digital media course for Class 12 qualified students. The BA programme is delivered by school of journalism and new media studies, through the ODL mode.
