IGNOU January 2023 Admission: Registration window closes tomorrow; steps to apply

Candidates will have to apply at ignouiop.samarth.edu.in for online courses and at ignousamarth.edu.in for ODL programmes.
NEW DELHI : The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will close the registration window for January 2023 session tomorrow, February 20. Candidates can fill the application form for various courses offered by the university on the official website of IGNOU - ignou.ac.in.
The university had extended the registration deadline till tomorrow. Earlier, the last date to apply for fresh admission to the January 2023 session was February 10. For online programmes, candidates will have to apply at ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. While for Online and Distance Learning (ODL) courses, aspirants will have to complete the registration at ignousamarth.edu.in.
How to fill IGNOU January application form
- Visit the admission portal of IGNOU - ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
- Click on the 'New Registration' link.
- Fill the required registration details.
- Remember username and password to login.
- Make payment of application fees.
- Download the confirmation page and keep a hard copy of the same for future reference.

Recently, IGNOU conducted a campus placement drive in which a total of 276 students participated. Two companies, Air India and APTARA recruited students through a screening process. Of total participants, Air India selected 48 students after the interview process. The representatives of both the companies addressed students' queries related to employment and the job role. APTARA is yet to release the information about the number of students recruited.
